Completion time :

It takes 2 weeks for completion, excluding holiday periods indicated on the site.  

This period may be extended during holidays and depending on the current order book.

Payment :

On the platform, follow the instructions to pay by credit card with Stripe.

Shipping:

Couleur Papaye has chosen Mondial Relay for metropolitan France (Corsica and Monaco included) with delivery to a Relay point.

Once your online space has been created (at the top right of the home page) and your payment has been made, you can consult the “My orders” section. Please be sure to enter a valid email address. Thanks for understanding.

14 days to change your mind:

Since the Hamon law of 2014, the withdrawal period is 14 working days.

You have a period of 14 days to change your mind in the event of a purchase by internet or by telephone.

This is the right of withdrawal. If you exercise this right, the seller must reimburse you for the item (excluding shipping costs).

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility and items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Personalized porcelain items and other items customized with fabric previously chosen by the customer cannot be exchanged or refunded.

However, I remain at your disposal.
